Refund & Returns Policy

We ask that you shop with care - as a small brand, thoughtful buying really helps us keep things slow and sustainable! If you have any questions before buying - about fit, fabric, or anything else - please reach out to us at info@pallabone.com and we'll be happy to help.

If something’s not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

At the moment we can’t offer free returns, so customers are responsible for any return shipping fees - we recommend you send your items backed using a tracked and insured service.

Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached. Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are usually processed within 3–5 working days.
