Shipping policy

We aim to ship orders within 3 working days (Monday–Friday) - sometimes it can take a little longer but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly!

Once your parcel’s on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on delivery. 

Orders from outside of the UK are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning local customs or import fees may apply once your parcel arrives. Unfortunately we aren't able to cover these charges - they won't be included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.
